Our Commitments

At Apex, we believe in the importance of an environmentally conscious business and we are committing to becoming a sustainable business.

One of our long term objectives is to become carbon neutral, and by doing so, become an industry leader in sustainability.

Apex General has committed to:

• Support a sustainability community based project every year;
• Work towards reducing our paper wastage, energy consumption and petrol omissions from our vehicles;
• Be active members of the Sustainable Business Network by:
  • Demonstrating that we take sustainability seriously;
  • Constantly increasing our knowledge around sustainability;
  • Developing like minded business connections;
  • Aiming to win sustainability Awards;
  • Getting appropriate assistance when needed, with such things as Carbon offsets and fleet selection;

   

• Support other sustainability initiatives such as New Zealand Green Building Council and Keep New Zealand Beautiful and;
• Develop sustainability influenced insurance products.
