Heather has over 23 years experience in the insurance industry including positions as a domestic broker, broker support and in reinsurance. She has been with Apex General since 2009 and is a support broker.

Heather prides herself on her customer service and strong work ethic.

Heather is working towards obtaining her Diploma in Financial Services for insurance (ANZIIF) and is a Registered Financial Adviser. She has a Distinction in her Certificate of Proficiency (South Africa) and has achieved her Commercial Lines 1 (South Africa).
