Lorraine has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. She worked for a local boutique brokerage as account executive in Sydney and at Suncorp as a claims technician. Prior to her employment with Apex she was on the Earthquake team at Tower Insurance, involved in the settlement of large value claims, resulting from the September 2010 and February 2011 events.

Her years in the industry have been equally divided between corporate insurers and brokers, either in sales or claims. This makes her an extremely versatile member of the Apex team.

Lorraine obtained her Diploma in Financial Services for Insurance in 2006 in NZ, and then in 2009 also qualified in Australia.

Lorraine is now involved in the day to day renewals of Apex’s body corporate insurance facility, a major industry specialist area for Apex, as well as other clients.
